The minimum service fee is 2,000 VND (two thousand dong) and the maximum is 90,000 VND (ninety thousand dong).
The fee schedule applies to exchangeable assets that are e-vouchers.
These fees include value-added tax and are calculated in Vietnamese dong.

Refund: If there are any technical errors from the platform, customers will receive a 100% refund.
- Service fee invoices will be issued before 4:30 PM on the day:
- For transactions occurring after 4:30 PM, invoices will be issued the following day.
- For transactions occurring on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, invoices will be issued on the next business day.
All uncompleted transactions on the digital platform will be proactively contacted by the company's Customer Care team for assistance.
