– If a transaction fails due to a system error, Giftcard will refund the service fee charged.
– Giftcards may change the Service Fees without prior notice to customers, unless otherwise agreed.

Service fee invoices will be issued before 4:00 PM on the day:
+ For transactions occurring after 4:00 PM, invoices will be issued the following day.
+ For transactions occurring on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, invoices will be issued on the next business day.

– In the event that maintenance/servicing of the system affects the EGC delivery schedule, Giftcard will also notify customers accordingly.
- Order failed:
– Failed order:
+ These are orders where the information of the person placing the order and the person making the payment on the Giftcard platform does not match. The system will not recognize these orders and will report them as unsuccessful.
+ Payment amount & order creation amount do not match: the system reports an error, resulting in failure.
– Customers monitor the system themselves to identify successful orders or failed orders for timely handling.
– For unsuccessful transactions: Customers create a ticket request clearly stating the reason to receive support for handling each specific case.

The minimum service fee is 2,000 VND (two thousand dong) and the maximum is 90,000 VND (ninety thousand dong).
The fee schedule applies to exchangeable assets that are e-vouchers.
These fees include value-added tax and are calculated in Vietnamese dong.

Refund: If there are any technical errors from the platform, customers will receive a 100% refund.
